What is Soulshine?
Purpose: To inspire man, woman, and child to co-create a vibrant and sustainable private community rooted in integrity and conscious responsibility.
Vision: The Soulshine Community is a thriving, evolving sanctuary where individuals, families, and their ideas can flourish in harmony with the earth and one another.
Mission: To empower members through practical work, education, experiential learning, celebration, and mutual care — modelling spiritual awareness, self-reliance, and compassionate collaboration as pathways to wholeness in the creation of a peaceful, regenerative community.

Soulshine is a values-based community — not defined by ethnicity, religion, or dogma, but by how we choose to play, work and live together:

Soulshine Festival
Founded during the lockdown of 2021, Soulshine Festival runs annually on the September long weekend. The Festival explores the fundamental challenge of creating a balanced and satisfying human experience by and for the community.
Why A Festival?
Festivals are a uniquely powerful way of energizing and supporting movements, even helping to define them. The Soulshine Festival community holds the promise to be an anchor in a world where humanity’s deepest values are being put to the test.

Soulshine Socials
Alongside our annual gathering, the Soulshine Socials are single day gatherings – “a slice of Soulshine Festival”. They keep us connected and support festival team building.
Community Projects
Soulshine Pantry
The Pantry is a response to the critical issue of food resilience. It provides members access to high quality, organic goods and Soulshiner-made products at below retail cost. The Pantry builds a community-wide logistics and distribution network while supporting Soulshiners’ cottage industries and generating purposeful work for the membership. Every few months, we organize a buying and distribution round providing delivery of goods to your nearest Hub.

Soulshine Community Podcast
Rooted in community and consciousness, the Soulshine Community Podcast explores psychology, healing, resilience, and the deeper stories shaping our lives. But we don’t just talk, we live it. From community events to hands-on project, we are actively experimenting what it means to co-create intentional culture.
Elixir Bar aka Funky Monkey
Born out of the festival environment, the Elixir Bar (also known as the Funky Monkey) is a newly established mobile community project. Serving nourishing treats at local festivals and gatherings, we are on the road – bringing Soulshine to you.
